Return Policy

Online Returns

Every item in our catalog comes with our customer satisfaction guarantee. ADVANCE DISPLAYS will not accept returns of non-stock, custom, special order, used items or slatwall panels. We reserve the right to refuse or accept items returned to our stock. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from receipt of product. Products must be in the original packaging and must not have been used. You must provide proof of purchase with the return/exchange.

Please notify us upon receiving an incorrect or damaged order. Return the item(s) via UPS ground or US Postal Service parcel post. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD ‘s are not accepted. Send Returns and Exchanges to:

ADVANCE DISPLAYS cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit if you do not report the items missing at the time of delivery. When you sign the delivery receipt you are acknowledging the receipt of the items. Please check carefully before you sign. If the package was damaged in shipment, please sign the receipt as damaged or refuse the order. If the order is damaged, please call Customer Service at 1-801-262-3414 or contact us by e-mail before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. If you sign for the order without notating damage, and there is visible damage, you will be responsible for that order. ADVANCE DISPLAYS will not be held responsible for damaged shipments unless you sign the receipt noting the damage.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return service shipping will be reimbursed.

The returns department requests that you allow up to 10 days turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.

All items advertised are warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials. These types of defects will generally appear within the first 30 days of use.

At times, manufacturer warranties, received with the product, will override our own. In any case, unless otherwise specified, the item must be returned for our inspection.

Showroom Store Returns

ADVANCE DISPLAYS Wholesalers Showroom will replace or repurchase those items normally sold in the store. Original, or copy of, receipt is required to return merchandise to our showroom location.

Discounted, used or custom order items are non-returnable.
