Metro C5 1 Series Proofing Cabinet, 1/2 Height

Description

Half-height, non-insulated proofing cabinet. Entire module is removable without tools for easy cleaning and servicing. Clear polycarbonate doors provide visibility of the contents inside the cabinet without the heat loss associated with opening the door. Metro Heated Holding Cabinets are for hot food holding applications only.
