C5 8 Series Heated Holding Cabinets feature a 6.8? high-resolution touch-screen display to provide precise temperature control. Intuitive touch-screen features such as menu presets and programmable timers give you better control over food quality and consistency. Gentle, natural convective airflow design maintains consistent temperature levels for optimal food quality. Stainless steel construction and 2.5" thick, high-density fiberglass insulation minimizes temperature loss. An integral water pan system can be used to add humidity to the cabinet environment, improving food quality. Metro Heated Holding Cabinets are for hot food holding applications only.
